Submission For Pride On 39th 2026 Entertainment

Thank you for your interest in performing at Pride on 39th 2026! We are currently seeking a diverse range of entertainment including drag artists, DJs, comedians, live vocalists, bands, kids performers, improv groups, and other dynamic acts that celebrate creativity, identity, and community.

Submitting this application does not guarantee placement. All performers will be reviewed by the Entertainment Committee. Selections will be based on programming needs, variety, stage flow, production capabilities, and overall alignment with the event vision.

Before you apply: Applicants should be 18+

Please be prepared to provide:

• Primary contact information

• Whether you are applying as an individual or group

• Type of entertainment you will be showcasing

• Preferred performance time (afternoon, evening, late night)

• Performance samples (video uploads or links)

Incomplete applications may not be considered.

Submission & Selection Notice

Submission of this application does not guarantee selection or placement in the 2026 Pride on 39th entertainment lineup.

All applications will be reviewed by the Entertainment Committee and evaluated based on programming needs, event flow, audience considerations, production capabilities, and overall alignment with the event vision.

Pride on 39th reserves the right to:

• Determine stage placement and performance times

• Adjust set lengths

• Edit programming based on safety, weather, or operational needs

• Decline applications at its discretion

Selected performers will be contacted after the review period closes. Due to the volume of submissions, individual feedback may not be provided.

Community & Conduct

Pride on 39th is a celebration of LGBTQ+ identity, inclusion, and community. All performers are expected to uphold respectful, inclusive, and professional conduct throughout the event.

Content must be appropriate for the assigned performance window. Daytime programming may include family-inclusive audiences.

Applicants must upload or link at least one recent performance sample. You may submit up to three videos.

You may also include:

• A short introduction video telling us about yourself/your group

• A brief explanation of why you’d like to perform at Pride on 39th

• Any promotional reel or highlight footage

Video submissions should be recent and reflective of the quality you intend to bring to the event.

Compensation Notice

Pride on 39th is a community-centered event. The majority of performers participate on a volunteer basis and are encouraged to accept tips where appropriate.Tip opportunities may vary depending on performance type and stage layout. Performers are welcome to promote digital tipping methods (CashApp, Venmo, etc.) when applicable.

A limited number of featured or headlining performance slots may be available and could include contracted compensation. These opportunities are determined based on programming needs, sponsorship alignment, and budget availability.

Final approval of compensated entertainment slots will be made by the Parade and Entertainment Committees, with compensation finalized in coordination with the Treasury Officer.
